Twelve taps, eight wines, non-alcoholic beverages, and snacks — Lemon Tree Brewery has something for everyone! At Lemon Tree, we import some of the best and most unique craft beers and wines. We have a local, New York State focus, but we also carry some cool out-of-state choices!
To go with your special, craft beverage, we offer some delicious bar snacks. We are not a full restaurant, but we serve finger foods and chips to satisfy your cravings!

We have a spacious barroom complete with tables and chairs, as well as sofas and a beautiful stone fireplace. When it’s just too nice to be inside, you can hangout on our outdoor patio in a comfy Adirondack chair around one of our barrel fireplaces, or head out back to our garage area.

Dog Policy: We LOVE dogs, and they are welcome to join you in our outdoor areas! But because we serve food, we unfortunately cannot allow dogs inside of the building (the bartenders will still sneak out to see your furry friend though)!
What’s in the name?
The name “Lemon Tree” means nostalgia for many who have vacationed or called Speculator home over the decades, and the new owner is pleased to continue the “Lemon Tree” tradition in a whole new way. Lemon Tree Brewery gets its name from the previous business that occupied the location on Rt. 30 for over 40 years.
The new owner, along with his family are lifelong Speculator vacationers and now local residents who wanted to carry on the Lemon Tree name. Stop in to see the framed news article of where the Lemon Tree business originally got its name!
